There is a qualifying fitness facility within distance of my project. How much of a membership subsidy is required for you to accept it?

Fitwel does not dictate the subsidy amount, only that the facility is offered at preferential pricing compared to the general rate and that the subsidy be direct to the member, not retroactively applied through reimbursement.
