Establish and implement health programming and services for occupants

Rationale: Developing, implementing, and publicizing comprehensive health programs and services helps increase access to reliable stress support, fitness, nutrition, and other healthcare services, mitigating risks of infectious and chronic diseases.

Option 1 - Health Programming and Services for all Occupants (Full Credit):

Demonstrate compliance with all the following requirements:

Multi-Tenant Retail

  1. Establish and implement a protocol for health programming and services that is at least as rigorous as sections 1, 2, and 4 of the Fitwel Specialized Health Programming and Services Protocol.

The Fitwel Specialized Health Programming and Services Protocol can be found here. 

  1. Provide three unique types of health programs or services as detailed under section 3 of the Fitwel Specialized Health Programming and Services Protocol.
  2. Provide health programming and services for all building(s) occupants.

Retail
