Commuter Survey (Full Credit):
To achieve full credit, demonstrate compliance with all the following requirements:
- The occupant commuter survey is fielded annually.
- The occupant commuter survey includes a summary detailing the following:
- number of alternative commute trips, including walking, carpooling, biking, or using public transit
- number of conventional commute trips, including the use of personal vehicles.
- Meets the response rate below based on the number of full- and part-time employees and staff:
- for 1 - 1000 full- and part-time employees and staff, a 30% response rate
- for 1001 - 2000 full- and part-time employees and staff, a 25% response rate
- for 2001- 3500 full- and part-time employees and staff, a 20% response rate
- for 3501 - 5000 full- and part-time employees and staff, a 15% response rate
- for 5,001 - 10,000 full- and part-time employees and staff, a 10% response rate
- for over 10,000 full- and part-time employees and staff, the required response rate decreases by 1% for every additional 1,000 occupants to a minimum of 5%.
