To achieve full credit, demonstrate compliance with all of the following requirements:
- Establish and implement enhanced cleaning and maintenance practices through an enhanced cleaning, disinfecting and maintenance protocol that is at least as rigorous as the v3 Fitwel Cleaning Protocol.

2. Ensure that the protocol is applicable to all common spaces within the project.
