Rationale: Implementing a catering policy that aligns with recommended nutrient guidelines and portion size standards contributes to improved nutrition and decreases the risk of chronic conditions such as diabetes and obesity.

Catering Policy (Full Credit):
To achieve full credit, demonstrate compliance with all of the following requirements:
Multi-Tenant Base Building, Multi-Tenant Base Building+
- Establish and implement a catering policy that is at a minimum as rigorous as the v3 Fitwel Catering Policy.
The Fitwel Catering Policy is attached below.
- Ensure the policy applies to all meetings and events where food is served that meets all of the following:
- all meetings and events within the building organized by building management with a minimum of 10 attendees.
- all meetings and events within areas under the control of building management/owner with a minimum of 10 attendees.
Single-Tenant, Commercial Interior
- Establish and implement a catering policy that is at a minimum as rigorous as the v3 Fitwel Catering Policy.
