Why do I need to recertify my Fitwel project?

A Fitwel Building or Site Certification is valid for three years. In order for your project to maintain its Fitwel status without lapse, we encourage you to recertify. Additionally, recertification can ensure that your project stays up to date with the latest research supporting health in the built environment, provide accurate reporting for ESG and other compliance-related initiatives, and provide evidence-based design and operations decision- making for projects.
