What is Adai and what is its relationship to the Center for Active Design and/or Fitwel?

In 2021, the Center for Active Design (CfAD) created a new business unit, Active Design Advisors, Inc. (Adai) to grow and drive implementation of Fitwel. Adai is now responsible for promoting and administering the Fitwel certification system as it expands across key markets, as well as maintaining Fitwel's best-in-class customer service.
