Help! I'm locked out of my Fitwel Platform account. How do I reset my password?

To your knowledge, have you ever used our Fitwel Platform to register, benchmark, and/or certify a project? The Fitwel Platform is our online interface for applying Fitwel to specific projects. Or, you may be trying to access your password to our Fitwel Courses Dashboard, our e-learning site hosted by EasyLMS, in order to take the Ambassador Course or other Fitwel courses. If for any reason you get locked out of either your Fitwel Platform account or the Fitwel Courses Dashboard, please contact us via the "Contact Us" form on the Fitwel Help Center homepage to let us know and we will be happy to reset your password to a temporary new one.
