The "Company Lead" of the project will need to add the new user under the "Edit " tab in the top right corner of the main page on the Fitwel Platform.
Once they are taken to the edit project screen, they will need to click the "Edit" button in the top right corner, where the screen will change to allow them to add portfolio managers, or project collaborators.
After all of the desired changes have been made, the Project Lead must scroll back up to the top of the screen and hit the "Save" button. Please note, if they do not hit save then any changes that have been made will not be saved, and any team members they have added to the project will not be sent the email inviting them to work on the project.
Once this has been completed, the new users should receive an email inviting them to work on the project or portfolio. The users will receive an email inviting them to work on the project. If they already have an account on the Platform, then the project will simply be added to their account. If they do not, then they will need to follow the prompts within the email to create a new account before receiving access to the project. Please note, oftentimes this email invitation may go to spam folders.
