For what types of buildings/properties can the Viral Response Module be applied?

The VRM can be used for various typologies similar to the Fitwel certification. If you wish to use the VRM as an entry point to a full certification project then the VRM would apply only for projects that will be using a building scorecard. Please note, the VRM is not applicable to hospitals or medical facilities.
