May I use the Fitwel logo to market a project while it is still undergoing Fitwel Certification?

Use of the Fitwel logo is primarily restricted to only those projects that have achieved Fitwel certification. If you would like to use the logo before your project is certified or for some other purpose, we are happy to consider your request. However, general use of the logo for personal marketing and marketing client services is not permitted by our operating licenses with the US Department of Health & Human Services. You can request use of the logo by providing us with a detailed description of your proposed logo by filling out  the "Contact Us" form at the bottom of the Fitwel Help Center homepage.
