What is Fitwel's Healthy Housing Rewards program?

Healthy Housing Rewards (HHR) is a partnership between Fitwel and Fannie Mae in the United States, in which a borrower receives a 15 basis point loan discount and reimbursement of Fitwel Certification costs (up to $6,500). To qualify, a multifamily property must attain Fitwel certification by including specific design and operational features. Additionally, at least 60% of units must serve tenants who are at or below 60% of the area median income (AMI).
