How much does a Fitwel certification cost?

All projects are subject to a $500 Registration Fee prior to certification. Registration provides access to the Platform's interactive scorecard, benchmarking capability, and performance data that summarizes a project's areas of strength and opportunity. Payment of the Registration fee enables the 'Upload Documentation' button for projects to document their project prior to submission. 

Certification fees vary depending upon the type and size of the project. Pricing for any project using a site scorecard is based on acreage, and building scorecards are based on square footage of the building. We offer reduced pricing for companies looking to commit to Fitwel at scale. Read more details about certification pricing. Initiating payment of the Certification fee enables the project team to submit their project for review. As a note, the Certification review will not begin until payment is received.
