Option 1 - Quiet Room (Full Credit):
Include a quiet room that meets all the following requirements:
- Include a dedicated quiet room within the project that is accessible to all full- and part-time employees and staff within the project.
- Ensure that the identified quiet room is located within the project.
- Ensure that the quiet room can be locked or shown to be "in use" and is shielded from view of other occupants.
- Ensure that the quiet room is not used for any other purpose.
Option 2 - Quiet Communal Room (Partial Credit):
Include a quiet communal space that meets all the following requirements:
- Include a dedicated low-noise communal room within the project that is accessible to all full- and part-time employees and staff within the project.
- Ensure that the identified communal room is located within the project.
- Install permanent signage within the communal room communicating to occupants to limit calls, conversations, or other noise-generating activities.
