Rationale: Locating a project near a childcare facility increases easy access to childcare services. This fosters socialization and behavioral development in children, while also bolstering gender equity in employment, decreasing the risk of anxiety, depression, and stress for parents.

To achieve full credit, demonstrate compliance with the following requirement:
- Include a minimum of one of the following childcare facilities within the project boundary or within a 1/2-mile or 800-meter walking distance of the project boundary:
- daycare center
- childcare center
- early education center (such as Pre-K).
