Establish and implement an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan

Rationale: Developing and implementing an integrated pest management protocol ensures that toxic pesticides are used only when necessary, thereby maintaining effective pest control and associated indoor air quality benefits — such as limiting allergens produced by pests, while also limiting occupant exposure to chemicals that are known to cause severe chronic disease in humans.

Requirements

Demonstrate compliance with the below:

Integrated Pest Management Plan (Full Credit):

To achieve full credit, demonstrate compliance with all of the following requirements:

1. Establish and implement an integrated pest management plan for outdoor spaces that is at least as rigorous as the Fitwel Integrated Pest Management Plan.The Fitwel Integrated Pest Management Plan can be found here. 
2. Share the policy with tenants through either relevant leases or a tenant manual.
