Establish a safety training plan

Rationale: Developing, implementing, and distributing a comprehensive safety training plan ensures that stakeholders understand the steps that need to be taken to conduct their work safely, reducing risk of accidents and injury and decreasing risk of fatigue and stress.

Requirements

Demonstrate compliance with the below:

Safety Training Plan (Full Credit):

To achieve full credit, demonstrate compliance with all of the following requirements:

1. Establish and implement a safety training plan that includes all the elements outlined under the Fitwel Safety Training Plan.

The v3 Fitwel Safety Training Plan can be found here. 

2. Share the policy with tenants through either relevant leases or a tenant manual.

One document type may be used to demonstrate compliance with more than one requirement and documentation may be uploaded separately or as one file.

Provide the below to demonstrate compliance with each requirement:

Requirement 1 

• Upload the Safety Training Plan that will be implemented.

Select here to certify that the implemented policy will be shared with tenants.
