Rationale: Nearby, free, and accessible short-term bicycle parking with adequate capacity results in improved air quality from fewer automobiles on the road, as well as promotes the use of bicycles for transportation and recreation, which is associated with a lowered risk of chronic diseases such as obesity and diabetes.

Demonstrate compliance with all the following requirements:
- Provide access to a minimum of one restorative garden that is free of charge to all occupants within the project.
- Provide the number of short-term bicycle parking spaces equivalent to 2.5% the number of all project occupants plus 1%.
- Locate the bicycle parking in one of the following locations:
- near shared bicycle stations or hubs
- in a common open space
- at pedestrian routes and pathways
- in parking areas.
