What are the 2023 Project Submission Deadlines?

If you are planning to achieve Fitwel Certification in 2023, please refer to the following schedule, noting both the Submission Deadline and Client Response Deadline. Any submission that does not meet the relevant deadline will be on track to complete the certification process in 2024.

Important Note: The project must be submitted on the Fitwel Platform and certification fees must be received by Fitwel in order for the Certification Team to begin the review process.

General Users

General users can expect a 16-week review timeline.

Submission Deadline: August 25, 2023.

Client Response Deadline: November 17, 2023.

Ambassadors

Fitwel Ambassadors are eligible for an expedited 12-week project review timeline.

Project teams interested in applying Ambassador status to achieve expedited review must ensure that an Ambassador submits the project for review.

Submission Deadline: September 8, 2023.

Client Response Deadline: November 17, 2023.

Champions + Providers

Fitwel Champions and Providers are eligible for an expedited 12-week project review timeline.

Project teams interested in applying Champion or Provider status to achieve expedited review must ensure that a registered team member submits the project for review.

Submission Deadline: September 22, 2023.

Client Response Deadline: December 1, 2023.

Recertifications*

All users can expect a 10-week review timeline (4-week Initial Review, 4-week Client Response, and 2-week Final Review)

*Applicable to v2.1 recertifications from v2.0 or v2.1 previous Built Pathway certifications.

Submission Deadline: October 6, 2023.

Client Response Deadline: December 1, 2023.

Submissions (and payments) and Client Responses must be received by 11:59 pm (ET), as applicable to the date listed above.
