In response to your feedback, we will be providing the following expansion: Added additional pathway that will only require hand hygiene signage and will not require contagious disease outbreak signage in the event of an outbreak.

Establish and implement a health promotion signage protocol

Rationale: A comprehensive signage program addressing stair use, handwashing, tobacco use and infectious disease control encourages exercise, smoking reduction, and hygiene practices — reducing the risk of associated chronic and immediate health impacts such as obesity, cancer, and infectious disease.

Requirements

Demonstrate compliance with the below:

Health Promotion Signage Protocol (Full Credit):

To achieve full credit, demonstrate compliance with all of the following requirements:

1. Establish and implement a health promotion signage protocol that is at least as rigorous as the v3 Fitwel Health Promotion Signage Protocol.
