3. Ensure that the quiet room can be locked or shown to be "in use" and is shielded from view of other occupants.
4. Ensure that the quiet room is not used for any other purpose.

Option 2 - Quiet Communal Room (Partial Credit):

Include a quiet communal space that meets all the following requirements:

1. Include a dedicated quiet room within the building(s) that is accessible to all full- and part-time employees and staff.
2. Ensure that the identified quiet room is located within the building(s).
3. Install permanent signage within the communal room communicating to occupants to limit calls, conversations, or other noise-generating activities.
