Establish and implement a waste management plan
Rationale: A policy that addresses safe collection, storage, transportation, and disposal of common types of hazardous waste reduces toxic chemical exposure for immediate occupants and those who handle waste throughout the supply chain, which decreases the risk of associated neurological, respiratory, immune, and other disorders.

Requirements
Demonstrate compliance with the below:
Waste Management Plan - (Full Credit):
To achieve full credit, demonstrate compliance with the following requirement:
- Establish and implement a waste management plan that is at least as rigorous as the requirements of the Fitwel Waste Management Plan.
- Ensure that the waste management plan applies to all waste within the building(s).
- Share the policy with tenants through either relevant leases or a tenant manual.
