Demonstrate compliance with one of the options below:

Option 1 - Lead Control Measures (Full Credit):

Demonstrate compliance with all the following requirements:

Multi-Tenant Base Building (no on-site management), Multi-Tenant Base Building (with on-site management)

1. Implement lead control measures that include one of the following:
   • removal
   • encapsulation
   • enclosure
   • repair
   • clean up.
2. Ensure that the identified control measures are performed by a certified professional.
3. Confirm that the identified control measures are required for future renovations within the building.
4. Confirm that the control measures are implemented in all areas of the building.

Single-Tenant, Commercial Interior

1. Implement lead control measures that include one of the following:
   • removal
   • encapsulation
   • enclosure
   • repair
   • clean up.
2. Ensure that the identified control measures are performed by a certified professional.
3. Confirm that the identified control measures are required for future renovations within the building.
4. Confirm that the control measures are implemented in all areas of the building.

1. Confirm that the building construction or renovation was completed after the use of lead in construction was banned in the country or region where the building is located.

Single-Tenant, Commercial Interior

1. Confirm that the building construction or renovation was completed after the use of lead in construction was banned in the country or region where the building is located.
